Please introduce yourselves: What does your startup do?

We are Carmen and Neda, two friends who share a passion for Italian aperitif culture and appreciate convenience. Our products are finely blended but taste as if they were freshly prepared by the bartender.

In our sparkling aperitifs, we mix high quality wines and specially developed liqueurs and citrus juices.

How did you come up with an idea and concept? What inspired and motivated you to create this product?

We got inspired by Italian aperitifs which we frequently enjoy with our friends before having dinner.

What is unique about your business idea and operating model?

We offer a complete aperitif solution in the Italian style. Our three flavours — Sprizz, Lime and Bitter — work just fine with three matching snacks — nuts, crostini and olives also produced by our company.

What were the most significant difficulties you had to overcome while building your startup?

Fine-tuning the recipe turned out to be the biggest challenge.

In our own vineyard and throughout Europe.
